Who is your typical client?
Every client is unique. Typical client challenges are a lack of motivation and compromised executive function skills such as planning, focusing, prioritizing, initiating, sustaining effort, self-regulation and organizing. Some clients simply need another person present in order to stay focused.

How do I know you are the right Professional Organizer for me?
First, we offer a FREE 30 minute phone or video consultation where you describe your situation and ask questions about how we work. Second, there are no contracts to sign that lock you into a specific number of hours. You simply pay as you go. If you see progress and feel positive about the sessions then it is working. Otherwise, you may end our working relationship at any time.

What can I expect when I work with an organizer?
At the beginning, we ask lots of questions about your space and your goals, your needs and expectations, your past history of organization, your family situation, and your preferred learning method. We are not being nosy but we use this information in order to create a customized plan to help you get to where you want to go. Using this information we create a project management plan as a road map for achieving your goals. Then we schedule sessions for specific tasks until goals are met. The first working session may focus on a simple, achievable area. You can expect this first session to proceed a bit more slowly than subsequent ones as client and organizer get to know each other. As we begin to sort and establish storage systems, the client/organizer rapport also develops. Once the relationship is established results are more noticeable. Regular weekly or biweekly sessions are common and desirable for large goals such as organizing a whole house or for extremely cluttered areas.
